Arsenal star claims life under Unai Emery feels like he is at a new club

The Spaniard replaced Arsene Wenger this summer

Arsenal had a very busy summer as Unai Emery was appointed as the new manager of the club after Arsene Wenger decided to leave the club after 22 years. The Spaniard signed a three-year deal worth £15 million.

He was given the charge with the task of rebuilding the squad and returning the club to the European elite while challenging for other major honours, after they finished sixth in the Premier League last season resulting in missing the Champions League this season.

However, the Gunners didn’t got off to a great start as they have begun life under the new manager with back-to-back defeats in the Premier League against their big rivals Chelsea and Manchester City.

But won their next two fixtures against West Ham United and Cardiff City. They will look to continue their momentum after the International break.

Arsenal star Hector Bellerin has claimed that life under new manager Emery feels like he is at a new club and even taken a swipe at former manager.

He told The Times: “It feels like a new club.

“We have so many new staff. It’s a shame for those who have gone, and I am grateful to them all.

“Some had been at the club for many years. But you can understand why a new person would like to put their own stamp on the club.

“I am impressed with Emery. We lost our first two games but we were very close both times.
