This is the 28-year-old’s second time clinching this award while at Arsenal which makes it even more difficult for the fans to digest the fact that he will be leaving for Juventus in July.
He last collected this award back in 2014 which was also his coming out party as one of the most prolific players in the Arsenal ranks. He ended up scoring 16 goals and laid out 10 assists in the 2013/14 campaign.
Joining the club back in 2008 as a teenager, Ramsey has surpassed 350 appearances and has scored on 63 occasions. He has developed into a prime attacking talent with a very specific set of skills.
After agreeing a 4-year contract worth £400,000-per-week with the Bianconeri, Ramsey will be leaving for Turin after the 2018/19 campaign.
