Frank Stapleton is a former Irish footballer who joined Arsenal in 1972, as an apprentice and officially signed in 1974. He collected a remarkable tally of 108 goals for the Gunners in 300 appearances.
In 1981, he moved to Manchester United for £900,000 where he won two FA Cups.
