Endrick, an attacker for Real Madrid who has made an impression while on loan at Lyon, has been linked to Arsenal. Over the last year, the 19-year-old Brazilian wonderkid has experienced a wild ride, and the most recent rumours indicate that Arsenal is preparing to provide him with a long-term escape route.

The Gunners are keeping a close eye on his circumstances and are ready to make a huge offer if Real Madrid decides to cash in, according to the Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo. Under manager Xabi Alonso, the adolescent failed to secure regular minutes after coming to Spain with extremely high hopes.

His father, Douglas Sousa, recently attacked the Spanish media giants, saying they had effectively “taken away his playground” because the situation became so stressful. Endrick negotiated a winter loan transfer to Olympique Lyonnais in search of a new beginning and consistent playing time; his wife, Gabriely Miranda, is said to have had an effect on this choice.

Arsenal interested in signing Real Madrid wonderkid Endrick

In 2024, Endrick paid £52 million to join Madrid from Palmeiras, and high expectations were placed on him. Given the intense competition for spots, he has currently managed fewer than 1,000 minutes from 40 outings.

Endrick has enormous potential and is a tremendous talent. With 14 goal involvements, he has demonstrated his skill at Lyon. Along with winning duels and making recoveries for Les Gones, the youthful player has drawn notice with an average of 2.5 dribbles per game.

The Gunners may consider the teenager as Viktor Gyökeres’ understudy for the upcoming season, especially because Kai Havertz is having trouble staying healthy. As Gabriel Jesus approaches the final year of his Arsenal contract in July, he may be shown the exit door.

The wonderkid has had to adjust to a smaller starting role at Madrid, but it remains to be seen if they can convince him to do so. Even so, he would still play more minutes at Arsenal than at the top teams in La Liga.
