As Mikel Arteta makes a crucial decision, Arsenal is prepared to sell William Saliba to Real Madrid in return for Rodrygo; a Spanish source exposes Los Blancos’ position on the matter.

This summer, Saliba and Rodrygo, two of the world’s top players, are anticipated to appear on internet gossip sites. The Brazil international forward is admired by the Gunners, but Madrid is eager to sign the central defender from Arsenal.

According to reports, Rodrygo is not totally content at Real Madrid because he hasn’t been playing on the left side because of Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe.

According to The Athletic, Arsenal manager Arteta is a fan of the Brazil international forward and has now stated that he is prepared to make a significant sacrifice in order to close a move.

According to Defensa Central, Arsenal is willing to let Saliba leave if they can sign Rodrygo, who, according to Jude Bellingham, a teammate from Real Madrid, is the most talented and gifted player at Los Blancos.

Real Madrid hand Arsenal three transfer decisions with William Saliba

The fact that Saliba is now regarded as being too costly for Madrid and that Arsenal has a better chance of securing a new deal with him since Huijsen is eager to play football in Spain is a plus for Arsenal’s ambitions of keeping him.

In the best-case scenario, Arsenal would maintain Saliba and sign Huijsen while Konate joined Madrid and directly weakened a rival.

Saliba joining Madrid and Huijsen joining a domestic rival would be a nightmarish scenario, but it is quite doubtful that everything would work out in Arsenal’s favor. Ironically, if Rodrygo wants to leave, negotiations between the two teams for the 24-year-old could work in Arsenal’s favor.

Rodrygo has only played 17 minutes in the last three La Liga games and was not used as a substitute in Sunday’s 4-3 El Clasico loss to Barcelona, which has sparked speculation about his possible departure in recent weeks.

Ancelotti has subsequently acknowledged that a mix of injuries and illness was the cause of it. There is pain in Rodrygo’s leg. “He is sad about that, but there isn’t much more,” he said.
