If Arsenal were to win the Premier League this year, they would be in a good position to sign Declan Rice to Mikel Arteta’s side at the Emirates Stadium

Several midfielders are now targets for the Arsenal during the January transfer window.

Rice might be sold by West Ham for between £70 million and £75 million next summer, according to a post by CBS reporter Ben Jacobs for CaughtOffside. Earlier this season, West Ham valued their captain at £100 million.

The same journalist suggests that Arsenal might enter the fight for the England star’s services a little bit later on down the road, with the club being in a good negotiation position due to their anticipated qualification for the Champions League.

The 24-year-£62k old’s per week contract looks unlikely to be extended past its summer 2024 expiration date, and the Irons may believe that this summer may be their last opportunity to secure a big transfer price for their talisman.

According to Jones, the Hammers might make one more effort to try to ensure the future of the former Chelsea youth star at the London Stadium, according to a recent interview with GiveMeSport. According to The Guardian, the transfer expert also thinks Rice, who is anxious to play in the Champions League, has a strong chance of moving to Arsenal.
