Arsenal have reportedly joined the race to sign Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye

Everton is in a difficult situation as Arsenal prepares to compete with Manchester United for Iliman Ndiaye before the summer. Caught Offside claims that several of the Premier League’s major teams are still interested in Iliman Ndiaye. Everton may find themselves in a difficult position as Arsenal, the most recent team to enter the running for the attacker, is prepared to compete with Manchester United for the Senegal international.

Despite his lacklustre performances for the French powerhouse, Everton made a strategic choice to recruit Iliman Ndiaye from Marseille in the summer of 2024. Since then, the Senegal international’s game has significantly improved, and he is currently one of the key players for the Toffees.

Because they have a long-term deal, the Toffees may retain Ndiaye for a further three years. The market reality, however, differs greatly from actual contracts since a sizeable offer can persuade Everton and the player to look at other choices.

Arsenal ready for a summer move for Iliman Ndiaye

It won’t be shocking to learn that other teams are interested in Ndiaye because he has continuously demonstrated his abilities for Everton. The most recent of which is from Arsenal, who are reportedly keeping a close eye on him, according to a report from Caught Offside.

Although Man United has previously been linked to Ndiaye this season, they are well aware that luring him away from Hill Dickinson Stadium would require a hefty cash outlay.

The 25-year-old managed nine goals in 33 Premier League outings the previous season, and he has contributed six goals so far this season from 19 appearances. Ndiaye has previously discussed his circumstances on Merseyside, though, and his suitors won’t be particularly encouraged by it.

Given the amount of publicity surrounding it, Ndiaye is likely well aware that his name is associated with a number of elite clubs around Europe, not only in England. The Senegal international, however, has demonstrated during his time on Merseyside that he will never let it be a factor in his performance.
