Arsenal will face competition from Man United and AC Milan to get the signature of Bologna forward.
Arsenal are leading the race to secure the signing of Bologna forward Joshua Zirkzee in the upcoming summer transfer window. He has been terrific this season, scoring 12 goals and providing seven assists across all competitions this season.
He helped his club Bologna to earn qualification for the Champions League. They haven’t achieved this feat since the 1964-65 campaign.
The 22-year-old was signed by Bologna from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022. He has been strongly linked with a summer departure and Arsenal are also keeping an eye on him.
His parent club have a buy-back clause in place for the attacker but are believed not to be interested in bringing him back to Bayern at the end of the campaign.
Arsenal will face competition from Man United and AC Milan to get the signature of this young talent. He is believed to consider Zirkzee an ideal replacement for Olivier Giroud who has joined MLS.
According to GiveMeSport, Arsenal are now the frontrunners to sign the 22-year-old’s signature in the summer.
