There is obviously no future for Unai Emery at Arsenal as reports claim the club has already started looking for replacements.
Daily Mail’s Sami Mokbel has stated that the Gunners board are still split on whether to sack Emery or not.
For some reason, there are some members of the Arsenal higher-ups who believe Emery should be given time to turn things around. It has been 13 games in the Premier League this season and Arsenal sit 8th in the table with just 4 wins and a negative one goal difference.
Unai Emery was handed a boatload of cash over the past two summers to make improvements. He brought in the likes of Nicolas Pepe, Gabriel Martinelli, David Luiz and Kieran Tierney ahead of this season and somehow Arsenal are still lacking on the pitch.
There is a clear sense of mismanagement at the club and majority of the clubs fans want Emery to go. The candidates likely to take his spot are former Arsenal player, Mikel Arteta, former Juventus boss, Massimiliano Allegri and recently sacked Tottenham coach, Mauricio Pochettino.
There is also a plan to make Freddie Ljungberg or Steve Bould the temporary manager if Emery is sacked within the next few weeks.
