The report adds that the La Liga midfielder is willing to make a move to the Premier League. Meanwhile, he can also give priority to Barcelona.
The release clause in his contract is believed to be €60m (£50.6m) and his contract will expire in the summer of 2025. He has entered into the final year of the contract.
