In the summer transfer window, Arsenal is prepared to make a profit on the highly-regarded striker Mika Biereth. Mika Biereth is a Danish striker that Arsenal is hoping to sell this summer, according to Andreas Schicker, the sports director of Biereth’s loan club, Sturm Graz. Schicker also claims that they are eager to sign Biereth permanently, as player compared to Erling Haaland and Harry Kane.
After spending the second half of the previous season on loan at Sturm Graz, the 21-year-old forward helped the team win the OFB Cup and the Austrian Bundesliga by contributing three assists and five goals. In an interview with Kronen Zeitung, Schicker stated via bold.dk that Mika was in the final year of his contract and that the club was looking to trade him. We must now attempt to work with Arsenal to find a solution.
As manager Mikel Arteta and sporting director Edu Gaspar try to downsize their team, a 21-year-old Arsenal player is reportedly in advanced talks to leave, and an agreement is close. The “unbelievable” 21-year-old striker made 22 appearances for Sturm Graz, scoring nine goals and dishing out four assists. He will now play again next season.
The transfer is anticipated to be permanent for a cost of approximately £10 million; however, the exact amount has not yet been disclosed. Following his 2021 transfer from Fulham’s under-18 team, Biereth leaves Arsenal having never played for the senior team.
