Gabriel Jesus is already facing a battle to move ahead of Havertz in the pecking order.
Arsenal are reluctant to sell Gabriel Jesus this summer. Jesus moved to the Gunners in the summer of 2022 from Manchester City. He enjoyed a great season with the club.
The Brazilian scored 11 goals and provided six assists in 26 English top-flight matches despite missing just over two months with a knee injury. Last season, he netted four goals and five assists in 27 Premier League appearances.
Jesus had to settle for 17 Premier League starts amid competition from Kai Havertz and Eddie Nketiah. Even Arsenal are looking to sell Nketiah this summer. They want to find the best options ahead of the new season.
As per the Football Insider, the North London club does not want to sell Jesus despite reported interest from the Saudi Pro League. His contract will expire in the summer of 2027.
The 27-year-old is already facing a battle to move ahead of Havertz in the pecking order. He also missed out place in Brazil’s Copa America squad.
