Adam Hlozek has netted 34 goals for the Czech club
Arsenal are looking to set rival Liverpool for Sparta Prague forward Adam Hlozek. The 19-year-old striker has made over 100 appearances for Sparta Prague and made his debut at the age of 16.
Hlozek has netted 34 goals for the Czech club which led to him attracting interest from clubs around Europe.
As per the reports of Jeunes Footeux, Liverpool have been showing an interest in the forward, as they eye up a replacement for the outgoing Divock Origi, who looks set to leave the club on a free transfer.
Fichajes lists Arsenal as another interested party. Gunners can also face stiff competition from Borussia Dortmund, Sevilla, and Bayer Leverkusen.
Arsenal are set to lose Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette this summer. The Czech international might be a good option to boost Mikel Arteta’s squad.
Meanwhile, the Reds could lose Origi, after signing Luis Diaz in the summer. Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah haven’t signed contract extensions yet so Jurgen Klopp could be planning for a future.
