Arsenal has been sent a title warning after they beat Aston Villa 4-2 last night.
The Gunners were 2-1 down at Villa Park but added two more goals in added time to secure a crucial three points which puts them on the top of the table.
Manchester City thrashed Arsenal 3-1 in their last game to secure the top spot of the table.
But City’s 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest last night leaves them in the second position, two points behind league-leaders Arsenal.
Club legend Ian Wright has warned Arteta that Pep Guardiola’s side are chasing hard to retain the Premier League title this season.
He told Premier League Productions: ‘I wouldn’t go as far as saying that.
‘We’ve seen what Manchester City are about and Manchester City are chasing hard.’
He added: ‘What we saw was the hearts of champions who did not give up in a time when they could not give up, because we needed the three points.
‘The pressure is back on Man City. We know they are capable of doing it. But we have done our job today.
‘It’s a massive, massive win. They needed to win this game. A draw, as good as the performance was, [with] the chances… it would have been a little demoralising.’
