Guendouzi is expected to join Marseille on a permanent transfer at the end of this season.
Arsenal is on the verge of making £9.3m from a loanee next summer. Matteo Guendouzi is having an impressive loan spell at Olympique Marseille. The Frenchman is not part of Gunners’ future goals. He has fallen out with Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta and his relationship with Spaniard looks irreparable.
Guendouzi is expected to join Marseille on a permanent transfer at the end of this season. The Ligue 1 club can make the transfer permanent for £9.3m and L’Equipe as reported by Transfermarketweb says the French club might be forced to buy him.
Guendouzi is 22 and he is one of the talented players for the future perspective. It’s pretty sure that he would struggle to earn chances from Arteta again. Arsenal can cut their losses on him and make the most money from his sale.
William Saliba is another Arsenal player at Marseille, but the 22-year-old player does have a future at the Gunners, unlike Guendouzi.
