Goncalo Ramos, the star of Portugal’s World Cup victory over Switzerland, is being sought after by Arsenal and Manchester United.
Clubs followed the World Cup to find new players for their roster, and Ramos excelled in the match against the Swiss team after stepping in for Cristiano Ronaldo. Although there is competition, he is one of the players Arsenal will be trying to add to their roster now that the World Cup is over.
When the chance arises to purchase new players, Erik Ten Hag will be interested in bringing him into his Manchester United squad.
Ronaldo has left United, and they are eager to replace the gap his departure has created in their lineup. If Ramos continues to play that effectively in front of goal, he will be a wonderful addition to Arsenal’s roster. Ramos demonstrated his ability to finish at the World Cup.
Arsenal has struggled to score goals, with even Gabriel Jesus finding it difficult to do so as frequently as the club would want. Although other clubs will compete to buy Ramos in the summer, he might be too expensive for Arsenal to sign in January as a replacement for Jesus.
