The Swedish outfit has pocketed £450,000 as compensation for one of the country’s next big talents.
Moller has drawn comparisons to Zlatan Ibrahimovich due to his towering presence of 6 feet and 4 inches. The 18-year-old commands a physical presence in the opposition box and will join up Steve Bould’s U23s side at North London.
Moller came up through the Malmo ranks and got his taste of more competitive football in Bologna. He joined the Serie A outfit on loan and scored 3 goals in 19 appearances for their U17 side. He is strong in aerial duels but not too shabby on the ball either. The striker’s technical abilities are also a strong part of his game, making him an attractive prospect.
Arsenal also wrapped up a £900,000 deal for teenage defender, Omar Rekik. He arrived from Hertha Berlin as part of negotiations for Matteo Guendouzi heading the other way on loan.
The teenage centre-back was part of Manchester City’s setup before joining Hertha. He too will probably join the string of new signings in Arsenal’s Premier League 2 squad for the 2020/21 season.
