The Bundesliga midfielder has a couple of goals and an assist this season.
Arsenal has been linked with Bundesliga midfielder and now Denis Zakaria also wants to move to the Premier League next summer. Gunners are in talks with his representatives, according to a report.
According to Fussball Transfers, Denis Zakaria’s dream destination is the Premier League, and Arsenal are in talks with his camp over a possible free transfer next summer.
The outlet also adds that it will help Arsenal’s case if they qualify for the European competition next season.
Zakaria may prioritise the club on the basis of Champions League qualification and Arsenal can miss out there.
Christian Falk reported in October that Arteta’s side is interested in Zakaria ahead of the summer, as the 24-year-old player runs down his contract with Borussia Monchengladbach.
He also adds on the BILD website (via Sport Witness) that Arsenal are ‘hot’ for Zakaria, they’ve shown an interest in the past, and the player wants a move to the Premier League.
Arsenal will be free to agree on a pre-contract deal with him in January. The Bundesliga midfielder has a couple of goals and an assist this season.
