Wilfried Gnonto, a target for Arsenal, has been urged to play for Leeds United for at least another season
The biggest clubs in the nation have taken notice of the Italian, who has performed admirably for the Whites this season. One of them is Arsenal, who wants to keep improving their team even after this season. Gnonto is talented and has the ability to impact games with his attacking play and rushing runs, but his statistics are not particularly spectacular.
He therefore has more room to grow before joining a great team, and former Leeds player Danny Mills thinks leaving this summer will be too soon for him.
According to him, “Too many young players have left too soon, in my opinion. Many of them have operated out of Leeds. Players like Sam Byram and Jack Clarke left too soon for Spurs and West Ham, respectively.
“It’s challenging to transition from beginning to not playing football as frequently. Take on another season, support yourself, and ignore the cash at this point. “Focus on games, matches, and minutes under your belt and improve as an individual.”
Gnonto still appears to be quite inexperienced and will currently have trouble benching any of our available options. We can’t add somebody who won’t perform well to our present offence since the guys in it already perform well when they are on the pitch.
