Bukayo Saka - 'I'm Not Scared Of Anyone'

Bukayo Saka insisted he feels no pressure going up against Germany next in the Euros.

The Arsenal winger put in a fitting display in his first start for England in the summer tournament.

He is tipped to start once again after winning the Man of the Match award against Czech Republic. Saka told BBC Sport: “If I do play against Germany it will be the biggest game of my career.

“I don’t know how I’ll feel on the day but right now I’m not scared of anyone.”

Not everyone is sold on the idea of starting Saka over the likes of Jadon Sancho or Phil Foden. The latter is in contention to return while Jack Grealish might also claim one of the front four spot.

Jack Wilshere disagreed with Gary Neville on his choice of England’s starting XI for the next game.

Neville’s tweet read: “England V Germany. James, Walker, Stones, Maguire, Shaw, Rice, Philips, Sterling, Kane, Saka.

“Wing backs to match up / Engage Germany’s Saka and Sterling left higher in channels v Germany wide CB.

“Rice/Philips onto Kroos/Gundogan. Thoughts?”

Former Arsenal midfielder Wilshere replied, “No Grealish or Foden (thinking and shock emojis) England’s most talented/creative…

“At least one has to play! Probably Grealish to help us retain the ball and carry it up the pitch. Come on Gaz.”
