Arsenal’s search for a new striker has taken an intriguing turn, with Dusan Vlahovic now set to leave Juventus after holding discussions with the Gunners.

Dusan Vlahovic Set to Leave Juventus After Talks with Arsenal

The Serbian forward, who has long been admired by the North London club, has reportedly decided against signing a new contract with the Serie A giants, paving the way for a potential move either before the February 3rd transfer deadline or in the summer window.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Vlahovic has found himself on the fringes at Juventus under Thiago Motta, with Randal Kolo Muani and Nico Gonzalez being preferred options in attack.

With his contract running until June 2026, Juventus are eager to avoid losing the 25-year-old for free and are now willing to entertain offers.

Arsenal, keen to strengthen their attacking options following Gabriel Jesus’ long-term injury and the summer departure of Eddie Nketiah, have emerged as a leading contender to sign Vlahovic.

The Gunners recently held talks with Juventus regarding a potential deal, and there is optimism that an agreement could be reached in the coming days.

Vlahovic, valued at around £67 million, has been in solid form this season, netting 12 goals and providing two assists across all competitions.

His powerful presence, clinical finishing, and ability to hold up play make him an ideal fit for Mikel Arteta’s system as Arsenal push for silverware.

However, the Gunners are not the only Premier League side monitoring the situation. Chelsea are also interested in the former Fiorentina star as they seek competition for Nicolas Jackson.

The Blues have tracked Vlahovic for years and could challenge Arsenal in the final days of the transfer window.

With just a few days remaining before the window slams shut, Vlahovic’s future remains up in the air.

But one thing is clear—his time at Juventus is nearing an end, and Arsenal are in prime position to bring him to the Emirates Stadium.
