West Ham United are reportedly interested in Arsenal forward, Eddie Nketiah.
The Gunners are open to selling him for a bid near about £30m.
His contract is due to run out in June 2022 and Mikel Arteta wants him gone. The manager has included Nketiah in his 8-man clear out sale. The forward was given ample time to impress but he was mostly caught lacking in key areas.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in the side, Arsenal would want to cash in on their youth talent. That will help them raise funds for future recruitments.
The Gunners also have a talented youngster in Folarin Balogun coming through the ranks who need assurances over his future. Selling one of his biggest competitions could be one way into keeping him at the club. However, most reports claim that Balogun could leave nevertheless over differences around his new contract.
West Ham are currently in the market for a striker after selling Sebastien Haller to Ajax for £22.5m. While Nketiah has only started 3 games this season, he is viewed as a future prospect. He has crossed the scoring record set by Ian Wright for the England U21s and also netted the winner in the 1-0 win over West Ham this season.
