Tomiyasu has experienced some injury problems while at Arsenal, but when healthy, he has established himself as an important member of the team. Inter is still interested despite rumours that Arsenal turned down their original approach and thought Tomiyasu was untouchable.

Inter Milan will keep trying to sign Tomiyasu to their roster and probably try to complete a deal with Arsenal once more. The Italian club is still determined to sign Tomiyasu before the transfer window expires because they think he can considerably improve their defence.
We do not anticipate Inter to quickly back down on their offer to sign Tomi because he is a good player. But we anticipate keeping him as long as we consider him to be a key member of our team. In this campaign, let’s hope he stays healthy for a longer time and gives us better performance.
