Martinelli is seemingly set to remain as an important figure in Arteta’s plans.
Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli this summer.
The Brazilian has become a first-team regular under head coach Mikel Arteta. He has scored six goals and provided seven assists in 36 appearances across all competitions in 2021-22.
The Brazil international is seemingly set to remain as an important figure in Arteta’s plans as the 20-year-old has been handed the number 11 shirt for next season.
According to Calciomercato, the Old Lady has identified Martinelli as a potential target this summer as they look to bolster their attacking options following the departure of Paulo Dybala.
The report also adds that Juventus would be open to swapping midfielder Arthur in exchange for the Arsenal forward, while the Serie A giants are also interested in Arsenal duo Gabriel Magalhaes and Thomas Partey.
Arsenal are unlikely to entertain offers for Martinelli, who is under contract at the Emirates Stadium until June 2024.
