Arsenal teenager Max Dowman has collected three official Guinness World Records certificates, cementing his status as one of football’s most exciting young talents.
Guinness World Records will feature the England U19 international in its new Class of ’27 in the Football Edition 2027.
Dowman’s rise has stunned Arsenal fans and neutrals alike. He became the youngest player ever to appear in the UEFA Champions League when he featured away to Slavia Prague last season at 15 years and 308 days.
That effort beat Borussia Dortmund’s Youssoufa Moukoko now at Turkish Super Lig club Corum by 75 days.
He also owns the record for the youngest Premier League goalscorer. He netted a remarkable solo goal against Everton in March at 16 years and 73 days.
In May, he became the youngest player to win the Premier League, lifting the title at 16 years and 144 days.
Dowman began training with Arsenal’s first team at 14. He has since made 15 appearances in all competitions. He debuted off the bench against Leeds in August 2025 and won a penalty.
Last month, he started the 4-2 EFL Cup win over Ipswich Town and scored twice. With Kai Havertz and Christos Tzolis injured, he now looks ready for a bigger role.
Arsenal has already signed a pre-contract agreement with him for his first professional deal, which takes effect when he turns 17 on December 31.
Tom Beckerlegge, Senior Editor of Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027, praised Dowman as the youngest player on the list and said his story captures why the Class of ’27 excites so many people.
He added that football never stands still, records fall, new stars emerge, and every season produces fresh moments of genius. Dowman’s records prove that point.
