Micah Richards praises amazing Arsenal summer signing

Micah Richards delighted with Jesus’ impact in the Emirates.

The 25-year-old Brazilian forward has established himself as a key player for Mikel Arteta in just two Premier League games.

He scored twice in Arsenal’s 4-2 in over Leicester City and was unlucky to not have completed his hattrick.

The Brazilian arrived at Emirates for a fee of £45million from Manchester City over the summer.

Despite winning four Premier League titles at Man City, Jesus failed to find consistent game time under manager Pep Guardiola.

Man City legend Micah Richards claims Jesus looks like a different player compared to his time at the Etihad.

Richards said: ‘He was sensational. Everything he did was brilliant.

‘I watched him at Manchester City, but at Arsenal he seems a different player,’ Richards added.

‘He seems a lot more confident. He was so unlucky not to get his hat-trick. He’s got everything in his game.

‘I’m just happy for him because at Man City he gave so much in terms of work rate, but now it feels he is the main man. A great day for him, it really was.
