Fabio Vieira has struggled for minutes under Mikel Arteta this season.
The 23-year-old midfielder was signed from Porto for a fee of £34million in the summer of 2022.
He has only served as a backup option for the Gunners in the last 18 months since his arrival.
Vieira has struggled for starts this season and injuries haven’t helped his case, with the Portuguese international attracting interest from several Ligue 1 clubs.
This season, Vieira has managed 14 appearances so far, chipping in with two goals and four assists.
He has fallen down the pecking order since the arrival of Kai Havertz last summer.
The Portuguese international has been sidelined since November and there is still no timeframe on his recovery.
Despite his lack of starts at Arsenal, his stock remains high in the market, with AS Monaco keen on securing his services.
He has attracted interest from the Ligue 1 giants who are keen to sign him on loan for the remainder of the season.
The Gunners are keen to allow a few departures before the January transfer window slams shut next Thursday.
A loan deal in the second half of 2023/24 will be more beneficial for the 23-year-old Arsenal outcast.
