The Gunners have now secured their position at the top of the table after beating Aston Villa 4-2 on Saturday night.
They are now two points ahead of reigning champions Manchester City with a game in hand.
Their top position was on the ropes after Man City beat Arsenal 3-1 in their last game.
Mikel Arteta’s men have dropped eight points in three games after dropping just seven in their previous 19.
Premier League legend Alan Shearer has backed the North London side to secure the crown this season.
‘I know Thomas Partey is out injured at the moment, but if Arsenal can get him back and then have a little bit of luck between now and the end of the season with keeping their key players fit, I think they will do it, I really do,’ he told Match of the Day.
‘Sometimes you just need to find a way to win and they did that in the second-half. Based on the second-half, Arsenal deserved the three points today. But they didn’t just get the win, they sent a message out to Manchester City too.’
