Thierry Henry raves about PSG wonderkid Warren Zaire-Emery.
Club legend Thierry Henry is impressed by the talented midfielder whom Arsenal wanted to sign.
Warren Zaire-Emery has massively impressed in PSG’s 3- win over AC Milan on Wednesday night and was undoubtedly the best player on the pitch registering two assists.
The central midfielder became PSG’s youngest debutant on the opening day and later became the youngest-ever player to start a Champions League game.
Henry has coached the 17-year-old in his new role as France’s U21s head coach and has been stunned by the maturity of the talented teenager.
Zaire-Emery was awarded the man of the match for his outstanding display against Milan at Parc des Princes.
‘The way Warren Zaire-Emery is playing, it is just normal to run the show [for a] 17-year-old,’ Henry said on CBS Sports.
‘He was the only one who held his own [against Newcastle] at St James’ Park [on October 4]. He has been magnificent at the moment.
‘Sky is the limit. I have never seen a player that young being so mature. This guy has no limit, for me.’
