The Ghanian midfielder has reportedly told Arsenal that he wants to leave the club in January.
Partey was linked with a move away in the summer window when Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli made an offer for him.
But the midfielder decided to stay at Arsenal but has since struggled for consistent game time.
The recurring injury setbacks has prevented him from featuring in the starting lineup which resulted in the lack of playing time.
According to reports, Juventus are considered frontrunners for his signature and could make a move for him this January.
Mikel Arteta still insists that Partey remains a crucial player for his side and is waiting patiently for the midfielder to return from his injury setback.
Arteta said: ‘Yes. Every time I spoke to him, his will is stay to with us. There is nothing there (a potential move) at all.
‘Without question, Thomas Partey is a super important player for us and for me. We want him to be in the team, that’s for sure.’
