Unai Emery might not sign a new player to replace Aaron Ramsey.
The Arsenal midfielder has signed a pre-contract with Juventus and will end his 11 year long association with the Gunners at the end of this season. The Welsh midfielder didn’t seem to be the preferred choice for Emery in the midfield but in recent past, Ramsey has played a key role contributing with goals against Newcastle United and Napoli in the Europa League.
There haven’t been many players of his quality and it could be hard for the North Londoners to find a replacement of the player. He might have already played his last game for the Gunners as he is currently recuperating from a hamstring injury and might need a lengthy period to recover.
Emery has claimed he might raid the Gunners academy to fill in the shoes of the departing midfielder. “Yes, but there are also players coming through from the academy who are producing good performances and who could progress.
“We could replace him with a player from outside, or with a player who is already here who can grow like he did himself.”
