Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus is now on the radar of Barcelona and Real Madrid. The Spanish clubs are keen to sign the former Man City striker to La Liga.

The Brazilian made the summer move to Arsenal from Manchester City last year. He has played for the Gunners on 44 occasions, scoring 15 goals and registering nine assists.

Despite an injury, he scored 11 goals and provided eight assists in 33 appearances for Arsenal last season. This season, he has four goals and one assist in 11 outings across all competitions.

The Brazil international was the key player in Arsenal’s 2-1 victory over Sevilla on Tuesday. He has picked up a hamstring issue so he will miss a couple of games.

As per the reports of AS, both Barcelona and Real Madrid are interested in the Brazilian. The report adds that both clubs are monitoring his situation.

Real Madrid are still in search of a striker after losing Karim Benzema last summer. Joselu has impressed but he is only on loan from Espanyol.

Barca are also expected to add to their forward line in 2024, as Robert Lewandowski’s injury issues put them in a tough situation.
