After an impressive season in the top-flight, Aarons is a wanted man. His composure on the pitch at such a young age has caught the attention of several Premier League outfits including the Gunners.
Bellerin has really struggled ever since his return from a knee injury. Other than his goal in the 2-2 draw against Chelsea, you can hardly pinpoint a performance of his which was noteworthy. Of course, a part of is heavily due to his long absence from the football pitch.
The Spaniard’s long injury layoff is bound to catch him out of form. It even affected his return journey, making him go through more setbacks. Arsenal are hence left to ponder if Bellerin will ever be the same player that he once was.
His ridiculous pace and ability to charge forward is what set him apart from the rest – something Max Aarons is capable of doing right now. A loss of speed and not much improvement in the defensive department has certainly put Bellerin’s Emirates future into oblivion.
Aarons is very willful going forward, capable of dribbling past opposition and supplying balls into the opposition box. The 20-year-old is not the tallest at 5’8″ but that is not new for a fullback. If Norwich were to go back down to the Championship, Aarons could be bought out for a relatively cheap deal.
