Arsenal holds interest in signing Aurelien Tchouameni or Martin Zubimendi

Midfield is the major part Arsenal wants to improve. Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta holds an interest in signing Aurelien Tchouameni or Martin Zubimendi. These two are in the wishlist for the transfer window.

The North London club are having a great campaign and they take the third spot in the table. They are doing great in the Champions League this season.

Arsenal made a good investment in the summer transfer window as they signed Declan Rice from West Ham United for a record transfer fee. The Englishman is a regular starter alongside Martin Odegaard in the midfield.

Reports are saying that Partey is open to a transfer away from the Emirates. On the other side, Jorginho has less than a year remaining on his current terms.

As per Calciomercato, Tchouameni and Zubimendi are both considered transfer targets in the engine room.

Real Madrid’s Tchouameni is in just the second of a seven-year contract at the Bernabeu and he has already made a total of 64 appearances in all competitions.

The 23-year-old has made 12 starts this season and also the first choice under Carlo Ancelotti. Zubimendi came through the academy system at Sociedad to become a key part of the first team. He has netted five goals and provided seven assists from 157 appearances in all competitions.
