Arsenal joins the race to sign Bellingham

Liverpool and Manchester City are apparently the top rivals for Jude Bellingham, while Arsenal has a remote chance of making a move for him.

Given Jurgen Klopp’s close bond with his old team and the possibility of a new owner taking over before next summer, Liverpool are now the favourites to sign Jude Bellingham. Due to their financial clout and Manchester United’s apparent interest, Manchester City is also actively interested in the race.

Arsenal is also vying for the midfielder, but they, Chelsea, and Real Madrid are all considered “outsiders.” Although Bellingham has a contract with Dortmund till 2025, it is anticipated that he will leave in the summer. The player won’t be cheap, though, since his World Cup performances have only raised his worth.

Bellingham has started every game for England thus far at the World Cup, assisting them in three victories out of four games while also contributing a goal and an assist from midfield. That has a significant effect for a 19-year-old.

Arsenal might be hoping that Bukayo Saka, another important member of that England team, will speak highly of them on their behalf.

But for a player with a choice of where he wants to go, it will be an expensive transfer. Maintaining Arsenal’s Premier League title challenge could be crucial from that perspective.
