Arsenal have submitted a bid of£25 million for Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney.
The Gunners are keen to sign Tierney who scored a goal and provided 6 assists in 40 appearances across all competitions which could have been more if not for injuries. Arsenal submitted a bid of £15 million which was rejected by Celtic according to Sky Sports.
However, Sky Sports now understand that Arsenal have tabled an improved bid of £25 million for Tierney.
However, Arsenal are not the only one interested in signing Tierney as Napoli are also keen on signing the 22-year old Scotland international.
Arsenal need some good players if they are to finish in the top four of the Premier League in the upcoming season and the club should focus on bolstering their defence. The addition of Tierney can be a good addition for the Gunners provided he works on fitness.
