Agent fees stall Arsenal plans for €70M Fiorentina striker Vlahovic

Gunners are looking to pay Fiorentina €70million – around £58.5m – for Vlahovic’s services.

Arsenal’s story of signing Vlahovic continues and every day, we find the new updates. Huge agents’ fees are stalling Arsenal hopes of signing Fiorentina striker this month.

Gunners are looking to pay Fiorentina €70million – around £58.5m – for Vlahovic’s services. His contract will expire in 18 months.

Meanwhile, Ansa reports the Arsenal are yet to persuade the Serbian to swap Tuscany for London. His agents want €18m (£15m) to sanction the deal so money might play a big role in Arsenal’s goal.

Sky Italia reports that the €18m will be split between the player and his agents. The striker will receive €8m (£6.7m) as a signing on fee and his representatives will pocket the remaining £10m (£8.3m).

Vlahovic’s team are also allegedly demanding 20 per cent of any future sales, which would have a major impact on his valuation.

Arsenal is trying hard to get his signature of him this month considering their limited option in striking position.
