Arsenal eyeing a surprise move for Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

The Gunners will be in the market for a new centre-forward and Dominic Calvert-Lewin could be one of their targets.

They are expected to be frontrunners for his signature and could be available for a cut-price fee this summer.

His form has dropped over the past two years on the back of two injury-plagued seasons.

Everton are on the verge of getting relegated this season and it would be tough for them to hold on to their best players.

The Gunners are looking for strikers who could be available for a bargain in the summer.

Calvert-Lewin has struggled with injuries during the 2022-23 campaign and has scored only once for the Toffees.

Mikel Arteta is believed to be a huge admirer of the 26-year-old striker and believes the player can make an impact when he’s fit.

The Englishman has played 203 games for the Merseyside club scoring 59 goals and contributing 18 assists.

Other Premier League clubs are also interested in the Everton striker but Arsenal are are deemed to be the frontrunners.
