Arsenal Ready To Offer Corentin Tolisso Escape Route From Bayern Munich

Arsenal are interested in Bayern Munich outcast, Corentin Tolisso.

The 2017 summer signing has grown out-of-sorts at the Allianz Arena under different managers and after a gruesome knee injury.

He was allowed to play just 45 minutes between October and up until football shutdown in March. He is clearly not wanted by Hansi Flick and the player himself is part ways with Bayern. Tolisso is wanted by Manchester United, Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Napoli otherwise.

Arsenal have an upward battle on their hands to win Tolisso’s signature, seeing how top sides are lining up for him, especially ones who can offer Champions League football. The Gunners still have a long road ahead of them before they can acquire a top four spot, chances of that happening this season are slim.

Tolisso is a dynamic midfielder who can be impactful on both ends of the pitch. He is defensively sufficient, very strong and an intelligent distributor. He can play in a box-to-box role or even sit deep to dictate his side’s tempo. The 24-year-old has been playing every game for France since his return for injury. It is only at Bayern Munich where he is struggling to win any playing time.
