Arsenal Send Scouts To Watch Affordable AC Milan Winger

Arsenal reportedly are tracking AC Milan winger, Suso.

Italian news outlet, Tutto Mercato Web claims that Unai Emery had sent his best men to watch the Spaniard during Rossoneri’s 3-0 triumph over Cagliari this past weekend.

Suso has registered 6 goals and 8 assists in 26 games this season but that is not the reason Arsenal are so keen on signing him. Other than being impressive in the Serie A, the 25-year-old’s release clause is valued at only £40m in the present market.

For the Gunners, who are limited financially are looking at proper talents who could realistically be signed in the upcoming summer. Adding a winger is highly necessary for the team’s future success under Emery.

Suso is tied to Milan for 3 more seasons and recently welcomed his son, Alessio along with his partner. He is understood to be happy at the club where he has managed to make a name for himself.

The Spaniard is a product of the Liverpool Academy but could never really break into the senior squad. It was at the San Siro where he was assured a starting spot by Gennaro Gattuso.

Aware of rising interests from Arsenal and various other European sides, AC Milan are trying to sign Suso to a new deal with an increased release clause.

Emery might have to move fast if he plans on getting his man for the 2019/20 campaign.
