Arsenal to scout Brazilian attacker at Old Trafford next week

Luiz Henrique will head to Manchester for Europa League round of 16 tie.

Arsenal will monitor the Brazilian attacker this monitor at Old Trafford. The scouts will see Real Betis vs Manchester United game in Europa League to check the potential of Luiz Henrique.

Henrique is an exciting attacker who has produced some great performances in La Liga. He joined the Spanish club last summer and has three goals and five assists to date.

Arsenal, Aston Villa and West Ham are expected to be among the English top-flight teams keeping an eye on the games to judge his current levels with a view to a future transfer pursuit. Henrique joined Betis from Fluminese in July for around £7million.

The 22-year-old attacker is in Arsenal’s plan and his performances for Betis make him a potential buy for the summer. This weekend he faces Real Madrid in a La Liga fixture and he will then head to Manchester for the Europa League round of 16 tie.

The Brazilian has featured in just 112 minutes of Betis’ previous four La Liga matches. There is an expectation for him to see more game-time given a serious injury to Nabil Fekir that rules him out for the season and also an injury to midfielder Sergio Canales.

He also showed his potential with a goal and assist in the 2-1 victory against Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma in the Europa League group stages in October.
