Dani Ceballos has proven to be a real asset for Arsenal this season and Mikel Arteta might be convinced into keeping him for longer.
The Spaniard arrived on loan from Real Madrid and has really impressed.
Picking up the ball in deep-midfield, Ceballos has been the hub of creativity in this Arsenal side. His technical abilities, skill and vision has greatle impacted Arsenal’s last two Premier League victories against Everton and West Ham United.
Fans have taken note of Ceballos’ talents and his terrific work rate. The 24-year-old is out to prove himself and grab one of the regular starting spots under Arteta. However, Arsenal’s optimism in signing him permanently has been put to a halt by interest from Real Betis and Valencia.
Zinedine Zidane is unlikely to keep Ceballos at Real Madrid. That means a summer sale is more than likely, whether it is to Arsenal or the to other La Liga outfits. Ceballos formerly is from Betis, having impressed as a number ten in Seville. Making his deal permanent would certainly be warmly welcomed at the Emirates.
A season-ticket holder, Ajaye Singh said, “Dani is a real star and I am certain he will get even better in the Premier League if he is around next season because, of course, he will have had a season of adjustment under his belt. “He has an inner strength, has bags of skill and his perception when it comes to passing has to be seen to be believed. He would be a real asset and I would urge Arteta to speak to him about his prospects with us next season rather than lose out to the likes of Valencia and Real Betis.”
