Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville has said that the recent draw between Manchester United and Liverpool reminded him of the time when they ended Arsenal’s unbeaten record back in 2004.

The 49-game unbeaten run of the Gunners was broken when they visited Old Trafford, with Rudd van Nistelrooy and Wayne Rooney making it to the scoresheet.

Solskjaer’s men registered yet another draw as they faced Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday. Manchester United’s first-half goal looked likely to end Liverpool’s 100% start to the season.

However, Klopp’s men managed to salvage a point, thanks to an 85th-minute equalizer from Adam Lallana.

“This has got the feeling of the Arsenal game on that 50th game where you just get the crowd up,” Neville said.

“Things are happening, Jurgen Klopp can’t believe it. It will be mayhem this ground in the second half.”

“Look at Jurgen Klopp, he needs to get his team into the dressing room and settle them down.”
