Patrick Vieira Drops Massive Hint About Arsenal Return

Patrick Vieira has teased Arsenal fans with his comments about possibly taking over.

The Gunners fired Unai Emery a couple of weeks back and the club continues to tumble under the lack of leadership.

Arsenal drew their first game against Norwich City and lost 1-2 against Brighton & Hove Albion on Wednesday at the Emirates. Josh Kroenke has assured the Gunners faithful the search for the next managerial head is ongoing and that it could take a considerable amount of time.

Arsenal are not aiming to place anyone who is currently available in the market but one they thoroughly approve off. Patrick Vieira has been tipped heavily to be the next man in charge due to his influence at the club as a player and former captain.

“You can never ignore a club where you’ve spent nine years,” he told Canal+. “But, honestly, I’m focused on this project at Nice, I feel very good here. It’s a very exciting project.

“I’ve always said that I’m very happy in Nice. We’re all working to move the club forward and there is potential.”

Was that a come and get me plea from the Frenchman? He clearly did leave the door wide open over a potential London return but maybe, not immediately.
