Before leaving Lille for Napoli in 2020, he was linked with a transfer to the Emirates. However, the Italian club won the competition to recruit him, and he has continued his growth in Serie A, although it may not be for long.
Clubs are interested in him as the new transfer window approaches, and Arsenal is looking for a new striker. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang departed Arsenal in January, and the club should sign a successor in the summer.
Osimhen is one of the names on their wishlist, having shone for Napoli in Europe and the Italian top flight. According to sources, the Nigerian has caught the attention of the Gunners, who are the main English team interested in signing him.
Osimhen has been in excellent form this season and can help us if he travels to the Emirates. The Nigerian is still only 23, so he matches the profile of the guys we’ve been searching for.
He would not, however, be cheap because Napoli paid a lot of money to sign him.
