Arsenal Midfielder No Longer Wants Real Madrid Return

Arsenal have just received a massive boost in their chase for Dani Ceballos’ permanent signature.

Reports claim that the midfielder’s relationship with Real Madrid has deteoriated and he no longer wishes to rush back there.

He arrived at the Emirates last summer on loan from the La Liga giants. Ceballos insisted on excluding any buy-back clause into the loan deal since he wanted to return to the Spanish capital as a starter.

However, after just over 3 months into his Arsenal stint, he seems disinterested in going back as long as Zinedine Zidane is Real’s manager. Ceballos’s relationship with the Galacticos managers has deteoriated to massive lengths over the past few months.

He instead, started to win the love of Arsenal fans. The Gunners desperately want to tie him down permanently. It is being claimed that Ceballos even met with Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez to discuss terms of a permanent departure.

Arsenal reportedly will have to pay £31m for the creative midfielder which they are more than happy to. Ceballos even requested Perez to sort out the transfer in January since it will help ease the transition.

The Spaniard has scored 2 goals in his 17 appearances for Arsenal. With Mesut Ozil dropping in and out of the squad, he has been delegated the sole creative responsibilities by Unai Emery and so far, he has impressed.
