Declan Rice appears to be close to joining Bayern Munich, which has dealt Arsenal a setback in their attempt to sign him this summer

Rice is currently one of the best midfielders in Europe, and numerous clubs are interested in bringing him into their lineup this summer.

Arsenal wants to win the race, but it is challenging because several teams, including Manchester United and Bayern Munich, are also in contention.

After speaking with the English midfielder, Thomas Tuchel’s team appears to be the favourites currently. According to a report from the Metro, Rice is now open to heading to Bavaria, and Bayern is reportedly edging closer to a surprise bid for him that would leave Arsenal without a player.

We anticipate elite clubs to express interest in signing Rice because he is a highly sought-after player in current transfer window. Bayern has a history of winning the German league, so if that is his objective, they will provide him a better chance to do so.

To get him to relocate to the Emirates, though, will take a lot of effort on our part. Getting a response from Rice as soon as the Conference League final is over is the right thing to do because if that does not occur, we must quickly move on to another option.
