Denis Suarez Agreement Could Sanction Ramsey Departure This Month

Aaron Ramsey could head out to Juventus this very month if Arsenal manage to sign Denis Suarez and James Rodriguez on loan at the same time, as per the Independent.

Ramey reportedly has already agreed to a contract with the Serie A giants and is due to move there for free next summer. Unai Emery has lined up Denis Suarez as an ideal replacement for the Welshman with a keen eye for an unsettled Rodriguez as well.

However, the situation is dicey at the moment with no one having the final word on any deals. Several reports claimed that Rodriguez is happy with Bayern Munich and wants to see out the rest of his loan spell away from Real Madrid.

The Gunners have also struck a deal with Barcelona to sign the 25-year-old midfielder on loan by the end of this month but will have to guarantee a permanent purchase for £20m next summer.

The report claims that Arsenal will settle for a £10 transfer fee if Juventus plan on signing Ramsey immediately. That could, in turn, help the Gunners reimburse part of Suarez’s asking fee.

The question lies in whether the decision to let Ramsey go at this point of the situation will be the ideal decision. The 28-year-old was fielded in place of Mesut Ozil in the 2-0 win over Chelsea and he excelled at the role.

Losing the attacking midfielder is a major blow for Arsenal since he is still an integral part of the team. Suarez is expected to take a certain bit of time to adjust to a new environment even if he is acquainted with Emery’s methods.
