Jens Lehnman shares experience fighting coronavirus

Former Arsenal goalkeeper and German national team player Jens Lehmann announced that he had undergone coronavirus and his last test was negative.

Lehmann told Bild about his experience and how he recovered.

“I was constantly coughing and had a slight fever. I immediately rushed to quarantine, but only for a day or two did I have any symptoms. After two weeks, I was declared healthy. “It was more bearable than some of the flu I had.”

The former national team goalkeeper does not approve of football without spectators and believes that 25% of the stadium could be easily filled.

“If every fourth seat was filled, it would mean that viewers would be at a safe distance. Anyone who violates this will be expelled from the stadium immediately and banned from coming to the matches.”

The Bundesliga is waiting for a “green light” from Angela Merkel for the competition to continue on May 9.
