Arsenal are facing competition from Borussia Dortmund in race for Celtic wonderkid, Karamoko Dembele.
The teenage sensation went viral after winning his place in the Hoops U20 team at only 13.
Now, 16 he has broken into the Celtic senior side and is looking to cement a starting spot over the course of the 2019/20 season.
Dembele is yet to make an appearance this campaign and Dortmund believe they can hand the winger what he wants – regular football. The England and Scotland youth international has already been tipped to be a future star with teams like Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal looking to steal him away from Glasgow.
Arsenal has been known to field one of the youngest teams in the Premier League this season with Unai Emery promoting more Academy talents. Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson have fought their way into the manager’s teamsheet and so has youth recruit, Gabriel Martinelli.
With their ambition of finding the next generation of stars, they are sure to submit a bid soon enough for Dembele. Kieran Tierney has already made the trip from Celtic Park to the Emirates this summer and Gunners fans will hope for Dembele to follow.
